Pawan Batra – a young and dynamic Entrepreneur with roots in New Delhi – started his journey in gastronomy after completion of his Hotel management school in Salzburg. After several years of experience in the Austrian hotel industry he decided to follow his dream and make his vision a reality. With his wife Vrunda Batra on the side, who is also an excellent cook and host, they launched Nirvana in 2006.
